Where do the prayer times come from?
In Kazakhstan, the official schedule of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan (ҚМДБ), read through muftyat.kz. Everywhere else — and whenever the official timetable is unavailable — times are calculated on your device with the same engine the app uses (Muslim World League 18°/17°, Hanafi Asr). The card always says which source you are looking at.
What if I don't live in Kazakhstan?
Then your times are calculated on your device instead — the ҚМДБ timetable covers Kazakhstan, but the app works anywhere. Enter coordinates for any place on Earth and it uses its built-in calculation, labelling the source honestly and letting you keep Hanafi or Standard Asr.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once installed to your Home Screen, the app loads and records with no connection at all. Anything you log offline is queued on your device and syncs when you're back online — the queue is kept separately for each account.
Will it make me feel guilty about missed prayers?
That's the point of building it this way: no streak to break, no score to lose, no shaming language. Missed prayers only enter your qadha when you say so — a day you simply didn't open the app never silently becomes debt.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start and keep everything on one device. Signing in adds sync and restore across devices, and your data remains isolated to your account if you do.
